Terms and conditions of Sale and Services

In brief:

  • Orders will normally be sent to the logistic partner within 5 working days at the latest.
  • Some products benefit from the Smart Shipping promotion. For orders of at least € 80 that include at least one of such products, a discount of € 10 on shipping costs will be automatically applied, which means that they are free for the US and most of Europe.
  • We do not ship to some countries due to commercial agreements with our distribution partners.

General terms and conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale govern the relations between Post Scriptum S.a.s. di Mario Sacchi, with registered office in via dottor Brigatti 4 – 28019 Suno (NO) and the customer in relation to the electronic purchase of products through the use of the telematic network, on the website Although not expressly governed by these general conditions of sale, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185 and the applicable regulations of the Italian Civil Code. As regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n.196.


Post Scriptum: indica  Post Scriptum S.a.s. di Mario Sacchi,  a company registered with the Novara Chamber of Commerce n. 235393 – Fiscal Code and VAT Number 02421110038.
Customer: indicates the consumer or the natural person who, in relation to sales contracts concluded with Post SCriptum, acts for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out.
Parties: means Post Scriptum and the customer jointly.
Site: indicates the website owned by Post Scriptum.
Products: indicates the goods sold by Post Scriptum to the customer indicated in the Order Confirmation and having the characteristics and qualities described on the website.
Contract: indicates the agreement, governed by these general conditions of sale, concluded between Post Scriptum and the customer following the acceptance by Post Scriptum of the Order Confirmation, under which Post Scriptum undertakes to deliver to the customer the Products, according to the methods and terms specified below.
Order Confirmation: indicates the customer’s acceptance, forwarded to Post Scriptum by electronic transmission, of the unit price of the Product (or the total price of the Products, in the case of the purchase of more goods), of the transport costs, of the characteristics and quality of the Product (or Products) and of the provisions contained in these general conditions of sale.

Conclusion and object of the Agreement

The receipt by Post Scriptum of the Order Confirmation, sent by the customer by electronic transmission, determines the conclusion of the Contract. With the conclusion of the Contract, Post Scriptum undertakes to supply the customer with the Products, according to the terms and conditions set forth in these general conditions of sale, without prejudice to the right of Post Scriptum not to process orders against subjects who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency.

The customer, by sending the Order Confirmation, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in relations with Post Scriptum the provisions contained in these General Conditions of Sale.

The forwarding of the Order Confirmation, therefore, implies the complete knowledge and acceptance by the customer of these General Conditions of Sale as well as the additional information contained in the web pages of the Site referred to therein and connected by links.

Once the Contract is concluded with the receipt of the Order Confirmation by Post Scriptum, the latter will send the customer an e-mail message containing the details of the relative order (prices, quantities and characteristics of the Products), with the assignment of a Order Number ‘which must be used in any further communication with Post Scriptum.

Post Scriptum reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders, after having contacted the customer via email.

Post Scriptum accepts orders for products within the limits of the quantities in stock. Therefore the acceptance of the purchase proposal is subject to the availability of the products in stock. Post Scriptum undertakes to promptly notify the customer of any unforeseeable out of stock due to excess demand or other causes.

Post Scriptum will then verify the actual availability of the requested goods in stock and will communicate the actual acceptance of the order. Incomplete orders will not be shipped without authorization from the customer. 

Commercial guarantees

Post Scriptum only sells quality games on the Site, whose creation and production are handled by Post Scriptum itself. Therefore, Post Scriptum does not resell used, irregular games or games of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market, unless they are appropriately specified in the description and title of the product and documented with relative photographs.

The Products are depicted and made visible on the Site to facilitate the choice by the Customer and for information purposes. Post Scriptum is not able to guarantee the exact correspondence to reality in relation to the images and colors as they appear on the Customer’s monitor and which may differ depending on the edition of the title in question.

The Parties mutually agree that the games presented on the Site may no longer be available or on sale at the time the user accesses the Site and that the relative prices may be subject to continuous updates and without notice.

Terms of payment

The payment of the price of the Products and any related shipping costs must be made by the customer using one of the methods provided on the Site, i.e. payment via Paypal / Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Stripe Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (card number, expiration date, etc.) will be automatically forwarded via encrypted protocol to Paypal ( or via Stripe, without Post Scriptum or third parties being able to in any way have access to it. Furthermore, this information will never be reused except to issue the relative refunds in the event of any returns.

In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, an IBAN and a reason for making the transfer will be provided. In no case will the order be processed within 24 hours or before receiving the credit.

Delivery and shipping of products

Post Scriptum will ship the order to the address specified by the Customer in the order, using one of the available couriers that usually deliver in 24/48 hours throughout Italy (some areas may have an increase in terms of time and costs) , 3/7 days in Europe and 7/14 days in the rest of the world. However, delivery times are not guaranteed under any circumstances, they are to be considered indicative and are subject to variations due to bad weather, unforeseen events, union strikes, particular concentrations of traffic on the transport network, national events, seasonality, events or other causes of force majeure which Post Scriptum may not be aware of.

The shipping costs will always be declared in advance by Post Scriptum and the customer can check them in their virtual cart on the Site during checkout, before making the payment.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but maximum care is always taken in packaging. In the event that you receive a non-compliant, open or visibly damaged package, you must accept it by requesting the courier to affix a specific control reserve. In the absence of a conditional signature, no assistance on damage can be offered.

We also remind you that some products benefit from the Smart Shipping promotion. Upon reaching 80 € on an order that contains at least one of such articles you will receive a 10 € discount on the shipping price.

Post Scriptum does not guarantee reimbursement for uninsured shipments.

Furthermore, Post Scriptum will not be responsible for transport, entrusted to third parties and for this reason the customer is required to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case conforms to the standard characteristics. After this verification, if the package is suitable, the Customer will be able to accept it, otherwise the Customer shall ask the carrier to write “Accepted subject to checking” on the carrier’s delivery note before signing.

If the visibly damaged package is not accepted with subjection to checking, Post Scriptum is released from any responsibility regarding any internal damage. Otherwise, if the visibly damaged package is accepted subject to checking, the customer can claim any internal damage to the product which will be reimbursed upon opening an insurance claim by Post Scriptum against the carrier.

Price errors

If, due to misunderstandings or other inconveniences of any kind, the price indicated on the site should be incorrect, the order will be canceled and refunded. It will also be communicated to the customer by email.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Pursuant to art. 5 Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must send Post Scriptum a communication to that effect within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. This communication must be sent via the email at

Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, Post Scriptum will quickly communicate to the customer the methods of returning the goods which must take place within the following 48 hours.

If the goods have been delivered, the customer is required to return it within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in the following ways:

  • the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
  • No returns or replacements can be made of used or damaged products offered at a special price;
  • No returns can be made of orders containing gift promotions, bonuses, goodies or other benefits, nor orders placed during special promotions that include limits or constraints to the order itself (for example, euro, courier, time, quantity limits, etc.) .
  • the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and with protective cellophane. It is not possible to return open or discarded or defused products;
  • the purchased good must be returned in the original or similar packaging and free of any dents, scratches, cuts or other damage that reduces its commercial value;
  • by law, the shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer;
  • the shipment, until the certificate of receipt at Post Scriptum, via dottor Brigatti 4, 28019 Suno (NO) – remains under the complete responsibility of the customer;
  • in case of damage to the goods during transport, Post Scriptum will notify the customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow the customer to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs charged to the customer, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal or alternatively the value will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Post Scriptum is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

Post Scriptum will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 14 days from the moment of acceptance of the return and it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (IBAN of the invoice holder) or the number of credit card used at the time of purchase to reverse the amount.

If Post Scriptum detects distorted and / or harmful use of the right of return, it will suspend / close the account as per the Terms of Service and Sale.

Damaged or defective merchandise

The customer must promptly inform Post Scriptum of goods received damaged or defective, preferably before removing the cellophane.

To guarantee the legal guarantee, where damage, openings, gashes or other damage are found on the external packaging it is mandatory to notify the courier and to sign the package  writing “Accepted subject to checking”. In the absence of a conditional signature, no assistance on damage can be offered.

In case of aesthetic damage such as dents, scratches, slight scratches that do not alter the usability of the product, Post Scriptum is not required to offer guarantees of any kind.

In case of deep damages that compromise the usability of the product Post Scriptum will undertake to replace the product if possible and if still available or to make a refund in agreement with the customer.

In the event of damage, gifts, gifts or damaged items (and sold as such) it will not be possible to obtain replacement or compensation of any kind for any reason.

Coupons and promotions

Any agreement such as promotions and coupons is to be considered a commercial agreement not subject to a contract and therefore subject to frequent changes even during the subscription period. 

By accepting these conditions, the customer undertakes not to provide the account to third parties and to use the advantages deriving from these promotions for personal purposes only.

Each coupon or promotion is subject to unilateral modification by Post Scriptum upon communication of 7 working days to the interested parties.

Conditions of use of the site

The Site is for personal use only. Use of the Site for commercial purposes or in any way that is illegitimate or harmful to and/or other users is prohibited, as established in the sole discretion of

Except as specifically indicated by, none of the Contents of the Site can be used except as part of the Site itself, nor can it be transmitted, distributed or otherwise exploited in any way; however, if the Site is configured to allow the download of particular Content, the user may download such Content for exclusive personal and private use and without commercial purposes, provided that the user: (a) keeps all notices relating to copyright and other industrial property rights, (b) do not modify or rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, copy (except in the case of reproduction of a single copy of the Contents for personal back-up purposes), or does not perform any resulting work based, in whole or in part, on the Site or the Contents, and (c) does not use the Contents in a manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services or brands. Commercial use of the same is prohibited.

Personal or business account

The Site, if the user is not already registered to the same and in order to be able to take advantage of all its services, requires registration by creating an account.

The user agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about her/himself as required by our registration procedures. The user agrees not to pretend to be a different person or entity and not to declare falsehood about their identity or relationship with any other person or entity, including the use of their username, password, or other information relating to another person’s account, or another person’s name, likeness, voice, picture or photograph, or falsely posing as a parent or guardian, where our registration process requires such information. The user also agrees to promptly notify us at if suspecting any unauthorized use of their username, password or other information relating to their account, or any other breach of security of which became aware of and concerning the Site or aspects connected to it.

The user declares and guarantees the full ownership and availability of the data, information and content provided during registration and that their possible use by does not violate any third party rights or violate laws and / or regulations.

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his / her username (s), password and account, as well as for all activities carried out in the name of his / her account (s) and the content posted therein. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or block the account of any user and the possibility of the same to use the Site or part of it for pretending to be another person or entity or for having falsified his identity in another way, for not having otherwise complied with these Terms of Use or the special terms relating to a particular service offered through the Site, for infringing copyright, for having published trademarks and / or images, words, icons, sounds, music, writings or any other graphic and / or sound reproduction that are contrary to public order, morality or good taste.

In any case, reserves the right to prevent access to the site and / or the services offered, to suspend or close an account, to remove or modify the contents of the site at its discretion, in case of illegitimate and harmful use of the services offered as well as violation of the applicable legal provisions and these Terms of Service and Sale.

Suspension of the connection to the Site will have the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the connection to the Site for reasons of force majeure (such as, by way of example but not limited to: public authority measures, lack of electricity supply and telephone connections, unavailability or clogging of equipment of fixed and mobile telephone operators and gateways used etc.), for failure by the user to comply with any of the obligations set out in these Conditions, for improvement, repair, maintenance of the Site, by imposition of any authority qualified. Therefore, no reimbursement and / or direct and / or indirect compensation will be due for any reason to the user / customer.

It is understood that in the event of temporary suspension of the service for improvement, repair, maintenance and restyling of the Site, the operation of the Site will resume and continue regularly for users in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Applicable law

The sales contract between the customer and Post Scriptum is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
